This luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities. the service was exceptional, making me feel truly pampered. the Garden area was magnificent and the Leisure/TV room provided ultimate relaxation.
The only issue I encountered was the location of the hotel since it was not near the city center. the hotel responded to this with an excellent shuttle service that took me around, so this was not a major inconvenience.

I had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. The staff at the reception and cleaning staff were helpful and polite. I found my room to be clean and new with good air conditioning and free wifi.
Cannot find any fault. Everything met my expectations and I enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel is new. Beds and cleanliness are good. Airconditioning works well. Free wifi is provided. Reception staff is helpful. Cleaning staff is friendly.

We stayed in a hotel that was situated near a good restaurant with plenty of meal options. the air conditioning was effective at keeping us cool during our stay. We were also grateful for the free wifi which had a strong connection throughout the hotel.
The rooms were not soundproof, which meant that we could hear noise from people passing by in the hallway.

The hotel was located near a nice restaurant with good dishes. the staff at the reception and cleaning staff were good and humble. the air conditioning kept the room at a nice temperature without being too noisy.
The bedsheets didn't absorb sweat and it was uncomfortable to sleep in. the room was a bit small and lacked nightstands.

Stayed here during Christmas and the experience was great! The rooms are comfortable and clean, with good air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The staff is responsive and always willing to help. The location is amazing as it is close to many tourist spots and great restaurants. And they even provided Christmas cookies for guests!
The biggest downside is that the hotel does not offer any food facilities, so you need to go out to eat. Some of the rooms are noisy and face onto a busy street.
